Terms and Conditions

By hiring VA Home Reno and Improvement for home repair and remodeling services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Services

We provide home repair, maintenance, and remodeling services as described in our quotes, contracts, or invoices.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• Estimates are provided based on information available at the time.
• Final costs may vary depending on project changes, materials, or unforeseen conditions.
• Any changes requested by the client may result in additional charges.

3. Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
• Late payments may result in added fees.
   

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project scope.
   

5. Warranties & Liability

• We stand by the quality of our work and will address defects reported within [X days/weeks].
   
• We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, normal wear and tear, or damages caused by misuse after completion.
   
• Liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
   

6. Access to Property

The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled work times.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia.
